State-of-the-art illumination: how to increase your property’s value through lamps

One of real estate’s golden rules? Attention to small details matters, whether you’re selling or renting out a place. They can effectively boost the market value of any property whilst keeping expenses. One way you can do this is, you guessed it, through lighting: achieve a classy yet fun vibe thanks to modern, designer lamps. In the first apartment, there are three focus points enhanced by the light designer. The first one is an elegant three-fall spider with unique burgundy fabric cable design on the ceiling, to center the illumination around the dining table. Now let’s shift to the living room, where the main aim was to embellish the large empty space above the sofa. The perfect opportunity to create a cosy reading corner. Rather watch TV? No problem, a dimmer was placed right next to the sofa to adjust light settings for any situation. On top of that, the metallic effect lightbulbs radiate a soft reflected light.

The same style can be found in the bedroom, with two embellished UFOs from Carolina Zuniga, to add that romantic and comfortable touch to both sides of the bed. Neutral tones and strategic placing, to shift lighting from the countervail to the walls.

Let’s get Creative!

In the second apartment, the Creative-Cables lighting is featured in many different spots, starting from the two-fall Spider with exposed lightbulbs that welcomes you at the door.
