One Conference Room, Three Identities. Illuminated by Creative Cables

The conference room at the headquarters of the French company Ravaliso on the outskirts of Paris is being completely redesigned.
No longer just meetings, but also training courses, lunch breaks, aperitifs and meetings with clients. Ravaliso 's requirement is therefore to have a multi-space environment, capable of adapting to the daily rhythms and needs of work.
The project was designed by the newvélizy studio, which redesigned the 74 m² room by dividing it into three areas, with no barriers separating one from the other. The result is a dynamic place, where space changes function thanks to a precise element: light.
The freedom to create customised atmospheres
In this restyling, light is not just decoration, but becomes architecture. Stéphane Toni, who supervised the intervention, explains that: "Creative Cables' innovative solutions are a valuable resource for people like me who are involved in decoration. The wide range of products, from the smallest cable clamps to the most sophisticated design bulbs, offers endless combination possibilities. This makes it possible not only to adapt each design to the specifics of the space, but also to create truly unique lighting compositions.
Personally, I have a soft spot for the Tub-E14 suspension system: I enjoy experimenting with materials, shapes and colours to create ever new solutions."
Every light, an environment
By day, a working room, by night, a place to share a drink, welcome a customer and exchange ideas. The passage requires neither folding furniture nor movable walls: just modulate the light.
Hence the Creative Cables intervention, designed to create distinct visual environments:

Wall lights with Ghost smoky bulb design the perimeter and welcome the guest right from the entrance. The smoky glass, combined with the warm light, creates a sophisticated, soft, retro atmosphere. They are lamps that furnish even when switched off.

Wall lights with a linear S14d LED bulb define the lounge area. A more technical but no less scenic light, which punctuates the space without closing it off.

The Tub-E14 pendant installed above the bar top becomes the visual centrepiece of the room. The five two-tone cylinders create a luminous backdrop that enhances the counter and invites conversation.
When lighting solves problems
During the installation of the wall lights, the only critical issue concerned the existing electrical installation: the holes in the wall were too large to guarantee a precise fixing. The solution? Instead of using a standard rosette, a matt black, circular MDF plate was chosen to enhance the symmetry of the Ghost wall light without altering its shape. A tailor-made detail, consistent with Creative Cables' design philosophy.
