Your order will be prepared within 48 hours after receipt of payment. After that, it will take up to 48 hours for the purchased products to be shipped.

If there are Lamps in your order, the preparation may take some time: the products in this category are in fact items that are assembled after receipt of the order.

Orders are shipped via DHL.

Alternatively, you can choose to pick up your order for free in our warehouse.

Shipping via DHL for orders below 100€ costs 7€.

For orders above 100€, the shipment is free.

In case of collection at our warehouse, there are no shipment costs.
