You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The goods must be returned to Creative-Cables intact, in unaltered condition and complete with the original packaging. The return must be made at the purchaser's expense within and no later than 14 days from the communication of the withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized on request.

To make your return please write us an e-mail to info.it@creative-cables.com indicating "Return request" in the subject line: we will send you all the necessary instructions to proceed with your return.

The refund of the return will be made using the same method of payment used during the purchase.

Creative-Cables reserves the right to make the necessary checks on the returned goods before making the refund.
