Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current consumer protection regulations, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the goods, with no obligation to provide a reason and without any penalty.
The right of withdrawal may be exercised for the entire order or part of it. Items must be returned intact, unused, complete with all accessories, and in their original packaging.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to measure or clearly customized, including products configured online.

Legal Warranty of Conformity
All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity as provided by the applicable laws in the country of delivery. This warranty protects the consumer in cases of conformity defects discovered within the legally established period and entitles them, at no additional cost, to repair or replacement of the item. If these remedies are not possible or are excessively burdensome, the consumer is entitled to an appropriate price reduction or contract termination with a refund.
The warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper use, incorrect installation, tampering, or normal wear and tear.

Return Procedure
To initiate a return or refund procedure, you must contact the Creative Cables customer service. Within 24 hours of your request, you will receive operating instructions and a prepaid return label to attach to the package. The item must be dropped off at a collection point of the designated courier.

Return Policy Financial Terms
– If the withdrawal is exercised within the allowed period, the customer will receive a refund of the price paid and the standard delivery shipping costs. If a more expensive shipping method was chosen at the time of purchase, only the amount corresponding to standard shipping will be refunded.
– Direct return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A flat logistical handling fee of €6 will be deducted from the refund amount.
– The refund will be issued within 30 (thirty) days of receiving and verifying the returned item, using the same payment method chosen by the customer at the time of purchase.

Cases Excluded from Refund
– Exceeding the 14-day withdrawal period;
– Products made to measure or clearly customized;
– Returns made without prior authorization from customer service or without using the provided prepaid label;
– Returns of online orders made directly at Creative Cables retail locations.
