Mario Talia grigia interpreta la lampada da poltrona attraverso una struttura mobile che permette di avvicinare o allontanare la luce senza utilizzare snodi o regolazioni elettroniche. Una base triangolare e una lunga asta costituiscono un sistema essenziale, studiato per cambiare inclinazione in modo intuitivo durante l'utilizzo.
La struttura può essere inclinata con l'aiuto del piede e sollevata facilmente con un dito per trovare la posizione più adatta. L'asta può inoltre essere inserita nella base in entrambi i versi, mentre il portalampada magnetico può essere collocato liberamente lungo la struttura. In questo modo è possibile intervenire sia sull'inclinazione della lampada sia sulla posizione della sorgente luminosa. La finitura grigia ne sottolinea le linee geometriche e il carattere contemporaneo.
A completare Mario Talia c'è la lampadina LED Talia G125, con una metà verticale trasparente e una verniciata di grigio nello stesso colore del portalampada. Sulla parte colorata è presente un piccolo oblò che concentra la luce in un fascio puntuale, ideale per leggere accanto a una poltrona o a un divano. Una lampada in cui ogni regolazione avviene attraverso il movimento diretto dei suoi elementi.
