What is the material used for these cords?

Our outdoor cords are UV resistant and feature a flexible red electrolytic copper conductor with a double coating of elastomeric rubber. This rubber ensures incredible flexibility and allows them to be used in a wide range of temperatures: from -25°C to +60°C.

What exactly are UV resistant cords?

The fabric covering the electric cord by Creative-Cables is treated to resist UV rays, which make up about 10% of sunlight. A UV-resistant cord keeps its colors vivid for a long time, even in the sunniest areas, preventing prolonged exposure to these rays from causing deterioration of the materials used and decreased performance.
